FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PENERIMAAN POST-PLACENTA INTRA UTERINE CONTRACEPTIVE DEVICE (PPIUCD): META-ANALISIS

Abstract


Post-placenta intra uterine contraceptive device (PPIUCD) merupakan kontrasepsi yang efektif, praktis, dan aman yang dapat dipasang secara langsung setelah proses persalinan. PPIUCD disarankan karena tidak mengganggu proses menyusui, namun metode ini belum banyak digunakan dan diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi faktor yang berhubungan dengan penerimaan PPIUCD dikalangan Perempuan. Jenis penelitian systematic review dan meta-analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan akronim PICO sebagai berikut: = Wanita usia subur, wanita hamil, dan nifas; I= multipara dan konseling pasca-persalinan; C= primipara dan tidak dilakukan konseling pasca persalinan; O= Pemanfaatan/penggunaan PPIUCD di kalangan Perempuan. Pencarian artikel dilakukan dengan menggunakan PubMed, Google Cendekia, Scopus, dan ScienceDirect. Artikel yang dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini adalah artikel full-text dengan desain studi observasional. Artikel dikumpulkan menggunakan diagram alir PRISMA. Data dianalisis menggunakan Review Manager (RevMan 5.4). Forest plot dan Funnel plot digunakan untuk menentukan ukuran pengaruh dan heterogenitas data (I2). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perempuan multipara (aOR= 1.74; CI95%= 1.17 hingga 2.59; p= 0.006), dan konseling pasca-persalinan (aOR= 2.89; CI 95%= 1.37; p= 0.005) meningkatkan penerimaan dan penggunaan PPIUCD dikalangan perempuan.
